By accessing or using our website or booking our rentals, you agree to be bound by these Terms.}

_{1. Services Overview}

_{Girl Boss Financial LLC provides luxury event décor rentals, including but not limited to floral wreath installations, decorative pedestals, ambient lighting, chairs, and drapery, along with delivery, setup, and breakdown services.}

_{2. Rental Policies}

_{2.1 Booking & Payment}

_{• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date.}

_{• Full payment is due no later than 14 days prior to the event.}

_{• Bookings made within 14 days of the event require full payment at time of booking.}

_{2.2 Cancellations & Refunds}

_{• Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will receive a refund minus the deposit.}

_{• No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 30 days of the event.}

_{• In case of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), a rescheduling credit may be offered at our discretion.}

_{2.3 Damage & Liability}

_{• Renter is responsible for any loss or damage beyond normal wear and tear.}

_{• A security deposit may be required and will be refunded within 7 days post-event, minus any assessed damages.}

_{• Client assumes full responsibility for the safety of rented items during the event period.}

_{3. Event Site Requirements}

_{• A clean, level, and accessible area must be provided for setup.}

_{• The renter must ensure adequate space and surface for safe installation.}

_{• Any required permits or venue approvals are the responsibility of the client.}

_{4. Intellectual Property}

_{All content on TheEventWreath.com, including but not limited to images, designs, text, and branding, is the intellectual property of Girl Boss Financial LLC and may not be copied or reproduced without express written consent.}

_{5. Limitation of Liability}

_{To the fullest extent permitted by law, Girl Boss Financial LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damage arising from or relating to your use of our services or website.}

_{6. Indemnification}

_{You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Girl Boss Financial LLC, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your use of our services or breach of these Terms.}
